Raspberry & Lime Ice Pops

I love eating ice pops in the summer to cool down, but have long avoided those shop-bought ones because of course they tend to be loaded sugar and artificial flavouring. I recently bought ice pops makers and this is one easy recipe, without sugar, that I love. This recipe makes 2.

Pure coconut water, 150ml
Frozen raspberries, thawed, 4 tbsp
Lime, juiced, ½

Preparation Time
5 minutes + at least 1 hour in the freezer.

1. Mix all ingredients into a jug.
2. Pour into the ice pop makers and freeze.

Alternative Option
Use frozen strawberries or mixed berries instead. Stir in a drop of maple syrup or elderflower syrup if you prefer the ice pops to be a little sweeter.
