Red Dragon Fruit Yoghurt Shake (Lassi)

Description
Dragon fruit is abundant in Asia and very nutritious, raw it’s full of vitamin C, and even contains some calcium. The red dragon fruit is especially high in anti-oxidants (like most red or purple foods). According to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), is a restorative food for women who are slightly anaemic or menstruating. Here’s one thing you can try with this delicious fruit. This recipe serves 1 and is perfect if you fancy a light refreshing breakfast. This recipe serves 2.

Ingredients
Red dragon fruit, 1/2 
Lime, 1
Lemon, 1/2 
Fresh Asian basil leaves,
Raw organic honey, 1 tbsp 
Plain yoghurt (or make your own), 100ml
Ice cubes, 3-4 

Preparation Time
5 minutes

Preparation
1. Roughly chop the dragon fruit and add it to the blender.
2. Add the yoghurt, honey and herbs, and squeeze in the juice of the lime and lemon.
3. Add the ice cubes at the end and blend until smooth.
