Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays, from 6-8pm
These classes are held every week (with the exception of national holidays and the weekdays during the months of July and August). The classes combine dhyana yoga (meditation), kundalini yoga, hatha yoga and yin yoga, with a Taoist twist for working the energetic, physical, mental and spiritual bodies. All yoga mats, blankets, straps and blocks are provided for you but if you wish to bring your own mat or other piece of equipment, you are more than welcome to. All levels of experience are welcome.
