Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays, from 5:15-6pm
These classes are held every week (with the exception of national holidays and the weekdays during the months of July and August). These classes are open to both meditators and non-meditators. All interested are welcome. The classes combine simple concentration-based and awareness-based meditative techniques that are guided for the first 5-minutes or so. The meditation sitting will last for approximately 25-minutes, followed by a 10-minute relaxation and some time for questions at the end. All meditation blocks, cushions, and mats are provided for you but if you wish to bring your own, you are more than welcome to.
